Temporary residence permit

Most foreign nationals coming to the Russian Federation shall process a temporary residence permit (TRP) to take the first step towards obtaining a permanent residence permit (PRP) and the subsequent citizenship acquisition.

TRP is a document granting a foreign resident the right to legally reside in the Russian Federation for a period of three years.
